Plexus 96® Pumpkin Spice Protein Shake

Serves 1

Ingredients
  • 1 packet Plexus 96® Vanilla
  • 8 ounces skim milk (substitute for preferred milk type)
  • 1/3 cup canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree (Not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 4 ice cubes
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
